Kasr Alainy Medical College was established in 1908. It is one of the oldest, largest, and well-known universities in Egypt. With a history of more than 100 years, this university has left a global mark with its quality education and talented world renown doctors.

This Government College has a 5-year course with English as an educational medium. Cairo University is recognized by WHO, MCI, NMC, WFME, ECFMG, BDMC, and MMC.
This medical university has 9 medical hospitals affiliated to it which offers 5000 beds. More than 1.8 million patients are treated by a medical staff of 3000 every year.
Kasr Alainy is a symbol of the medical profession and treating of the poor which is why the founding date of Kasr Alainy is celebrated as an annual festival for the Egyptian medical profession.
The medical education system is of 5+1 years, 5 years of classroom training, and 1 year of clinical internship. Clinical rotation is available in countries like India, the USA, the UK, Canada, Germany, etc.

Eligibility
It is advised to apply early to start your admission process. There are better chances to get admission if you apply early.

• NEET qualification is required for Indian students.
• Age should be from 17 to 26 till 31st December of the admission year.
• Class 10+2 should be in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English marks with a min of 60%-65% score. (40% for reserved category)
• IELTS/TOEFL Score might be required.
• Ministry of Education of Egypt stipulates good mental and health conditions as well.
