You need at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (40% for reserved categories) in Class 12, and a qualifying NEET score. A high NEET score is not compulsory — most countries only require you to have passed NEET.
Admissions remain open across our partner countries for the current academic year, with universities continuing to welcome Indian students under NMC-compliant programmes. Contact our counsellors for the latest intake dates and seat availability.
The minimum age is generally 17 years by 31st December of the admission year. There is no upper age limit for MBBS abroad admissions.
Yes. Most universities accept students with a gap year, as long as you meet the academic (Class 12 PCB) and NEET eligibility requirements — a gap year alone does not disqualify you.
Russia, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan are among the most popular choices for Indian students, offering MBBS programmes at a fraction of private-college costs in India, subject to applicable NMC eligibility requirements. The right choice depends on your budget, preferred climate, and university reputation — our counsellors can help you compare options.
Students should verify that the selected university is NMC-compliant and WHO-recognized before admission; meeting these requirements is what allows graduates to appear for the FMGE/NExT exam required to practise in India.
Total costs (tuition + hostel + living expenses) for a 6-year MBBS typically range from ₹18-40 lakh depending on the country and university — significantly less than most private medical colleges in India. Exact figures vary by university; see our country and university pages for detailed fee tables.
Students should verify the selected university and programme against the applicable NMC requirements before admission. Graduates must clear the FMGE (or NExT, once implemented) and complete a CRMI internship to practise medicine in India.
